STEPS

1. Visit the BDO website.
2. Log in to your BDO account.
3. Click on Send Money.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Review the details.
6. Enter the OTP.
7. Take note of the Reference Number.

STEPS

Step 1: Log in to your BDO online banking account. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to the mobile number connected to your account.

Step 2: After successfully logging in, hover your mouse cursor over “Send Money” and click “To Another Local Bank.”

Step 3: Fill out the sender and receiver details, as follows:Settlement Type: Credit to Another Local Bank

• Transaction Type: Credit to Other Bank
• Transfer From (your BDO account)
• Amount (the amount of money you want to send)
• Destination Bank (choose from the dropdown list of participating banks)
• Destination Account Number (enter the bank account number of the recipient)
• Receiver Name (name of your recipient)
• Mobile Number (cellphone number of your recipient)
• Purpose of Transaction

Take note that if you are transferring money to a BPI account, you must choose “BPI / BPI Family Savings Bank via InstaPay” and not “BPI Family Savings Bank 10-Digits.” BPI is different from BPI Family Savings Bank.

You may also check “Save as New Template” to save your provided information for future use. Click “Submit” when you’re finished.

STEPS

1. Open the LandBank mobile app. Tap the Mobile Banking icon and input your User ID and Password. Tap the LOG-IN button to go to your account.
2. From the right side menu, press the Transfers icon, then select Transfer to Other Bank option to start the process of money transfer.
3. Enter the One-Time PIN sent to your registered mobile device. Or if OTP Generator has been activated, it will automatically create a One-Time PIN.Tap the SUBMIT button to continue.
4. Select the local bank where you want to send the money. In this guide, BDO was selected.
5. For the transfer method, select Instapay. Note: Service Charge using Instapay was waived during the ECQ/GCQ or Lockdown period.
6. Enter the required details for the transfer
   • From Account – Select the source account
   • Destination Bank – This is the receiver’s bank
   • To Account – Input the receiver’s bank account number
   • Receiver Name – Input the receiver’s account name
   • Receiver Mobile No – Enter receiver’s mobile number
   • Receiver Email – Enter the receiver’s email address (this is optional)
   • Amount (PHP) – Enter the amount to be transferred/ Purpose – Select the purpose for the transfer
   • Review the details and tap the SUBMIT button for the next step.
7. Review the details and ensure that all information is correct. Then, tap the CONFIRM button to process the transaction.
8. Transaction has been successful. The transaction receipt will also be sent to your registered email address. Note: Service Charge using Instapay was waived during the ECQ/GCQ or Lockdown period.

To use GCash QR using your smartphone simply:

1. Click on Pay QR on the main page.
2. Tap on the “Scan QR Code” Icon.
3. Align the camera at the cashier’s QR code.
4. Once the app detects and identifies the merchant, input the total amount of your purchase (amount to pay).
5. Confirm transaction details. Both you and the identified payment counter in the library will receive an SMS from 2882, which will serve as your receipt.
